Micro-Internships

What is a Micro-Internship?

Micro-Internships are short-term, professional, paid work experiences many of which can be completed remotely.

Through Micro-Internships, you can demonstrate their skills, explore career paths, and develop their professional networks. These paid opportunities typically range from 5 to 40 hours of work, and students can be selected for multiple Micro-Internships.

New Micro-Internship opportunities are being posted daily.  If you are interested, here’s how to get started:

  1. Create a micro-internship account
  2. Fill out your profile as completely as possible
  3. Review current Micro-Internship projects available
  4. Apply to projects of interest
  5. Continue to check the platform regularly for new opportunities

Micro-internships are competitive, paid opportunities. SUNY Cortland Career Services highly recommends that you have your resume critiqued before applying!

If you have any questions, please contact Career Services or set up an internship appointment in Handshake.
