Replacement Diplomas
Alumni may request a replacement diploma through the Registrar's Office by using the Replacement or Duplicate Diploma Order Form. If you are requesting a replacement diploma because your name has changed, please complete the Change of Name/Address Form as well.
The cost for a replacement diploma is $13 each for standard domestic mailing. Additional charges will apply for international and expedited shipping. Replacement diplomas feature the signatures of current officials.
SUNY Cortland uses an external printing company to print and deliver your replacement diploma. The replacement diploma will arrive approximately eight weeks after the request is received and processed.
