We advocate for the access, inclusion, and visibility of students with disabilities. At the same time, we recognize that students' disability identity is interconnected with their other identities.
- We partner with the Institutional Equity and Inclusion Office to participate in Intergroup Dialogue and serve on the Anti-Racism Task Force and President's Council on Inclusive Excellence.
- We collaborate with the Multicultural Life and Diversity Office to facilitate disability ally trainings.
- We hire student employees who improve accessibility and educate the campus community while developing their leadership skills.
- We support Students for Access and Ability in College, an SGA club for students with disabilities and their allies.
- We train Resident Assistants and Orientation Assistants on fostering a sense of belonging among students with disabilities.
- We serve on the Technology Accessibility Advisory Committee and Parking Committee to include the interests of students with disabilities.
- And much more!
