SUNY Cortland Sport Club Athletic Training Mission

It is our mission as Certified Athletic Trainers to provide optimal care for the sport club student-athletes of SUNY Cortland. We will accomplish this through preventative actions, acute emergency and non-emergency attention, rehabilitative procedures, management of injury and illness, as well as education. We will also oversee the daily administrative and function of the SUNY Cortland Sport Clubs Athletic Training facilities. We will provide individual support and personal attention as a link between the student-athlete and allied health professionals. We will assure the highest possible quality medical attention for every sport club student-athlete at SUNY Cortland.
