Wishing you a safe and restful Fall Break

Wishing you a safe and restful Fall Break

10/13/2022

Dear students,

Fall Break is nearly here. I hope you are able to use these few days to rest, relax and recharge for the second half of the semester.

Whether you are traveling or staying in Cortland, please be safe and be mindful of your classmates, neighbors and families. Use this break time to meet your needs and accomplish your goals through the rest of this term.

I do want to share a few brief reminders, including:

  • A select number of tickets to the Cortaca Jug game at Yankee Stadium are available through CortacaJug.com. I hope you will be able to join us in New York City on Nov. 12.
  • If you do test positive for COVID-19 at any point this semester, please self-report your results via the form on the Student tab in myRedDragon. This is an important step in keeping our community safe.
  • Please review my message from Sept. 29 if you need help in accessing academic resources, including tutoring, writing or research assistance, when you return for classes next week. Many people here are glad to help, so please ask if you need it.

Stay safe, stay healthy and enjoy your break. You earned it.

All the best,

Erik J. Bitterbaum

President
