Campus Champion

Prevention Educator Marissa Whitaker M ’17 is ready to meet students where they’re at when it comes to substance use. “It’s all about balance. I’m here to help students make healthy choices around using alcohol, cannabis and other substances.” Marissa is approachable, informed, non-judgmental and welcoming. Students can find her at resource fairs, wellness events or at a private self-referral chat in the Prevention Education Office located in Van Hoesen Hall, Room B-1. And check in for a weekly discussion on the Last Call with Sarah and Marissa Podcast.
