Campus Champion

Following a 30-day immersion in conscious and sustainable living, junior Emily Klotz is inspired to instill a culture of sustainability on campus. Emily was one of 16 young leaders selected from a global pool of 4,300 to travel to San Francisco for the Project Green Challenge Finals, challenging participants to find passion and purpose. And she did. “This trip changed the way I think about everything,” said the Project Green Challenge 2016 finalist. With a focus on childhood education, the humanities and social philosophy, this Green Rep is on track to inspire young minds. “I am empowered. My journey has only begun,” Emily says.
